If your subscribers are located in different time zones and you still like to reach them at the best time of the day this is the option you are looking for.
Mailster sends your campaign at the time you have defined in the campaign options. The time it starts is based on your WordPress timezone settings. This means if you send your campaign at 8 o’clock in the morning, some users on the other side of the planet will get it in the middle of the night.

To prevent that and get all mailings in the subscriber’s inbox in the morning, you can check the “Use subscribers’ timezone”.
On the overview, you’ll see a small “24h” sign, which indicates this campaign is sent based on the user’s timezone.
This campaign can take up to 24 hours to finish!
You should schedule your campaign at least 24 hours upfront if you use this feature.
Please keep in mind to send campaigns based on the user’s timezone. Mailster needs to know where they are located, so you have to enable Geo Tracking in the settings. Furthermore, some subscribers’ locations are unknown since there has been no interaction yet, or their IP address is not in the database. In this case, Mailster uses your WordPress timezone setting.
