If you’re sending your campaigns you’ll get sometimes subscribers marked as error

This can have several reasons

  • Email address invalid
  • domain doesn’t exist
  • email rejected from the server

Most of these errors are “subscriber-based” which causes the subscriber to get marked as “error” but the campaign still continues to send its messages. Sometimes Mailster cannot determine if an error is “campaign based” and will trigger it as “subscriber-based”.

This causes a list of subscribers with error status and a finished campaign.

In most cases the server rejected your email mostly because of:

  • reaching sending limits
  • send to many blacklisted mails
  • other technical reason

Please contact your email provider for a detailed explanation.

You can quickly change the status by choosing the option from the Bulk Action dropdown.
