To find your Mailster Newsletter Plugin license code from the Envato Marketplace, log in, go to “Downloads,” select the plugin, and click the License certificate link. If purchased directly from our website, manage your licenses through our site for easier access.
You can purchase Mailster from either mailster.co or CodeCanyon. Each license is domain-specific, allowing use on unlimited subdirectories. You can change the assigned domain up to three times. Licenses bought after October 1, 2022, receive six months of auto-updates. For additional licenses, visit the purchase link.
To transfer Mailster from one site to another, back up both databases, optionally export data, and copy the Mailster tables to the new site. Export campaigns and settings from the original site, deactivate the license, install Mailster on the new site, and then import the campaigns and settings.
Mailster includes security features to protect against malicious versions. To ensure you have a legitimate copy, obtain a valid license from EverPress, replace the plugin on your website, and register your purchase code in the Mailster Dashboard. Follow these steps to maintain a secure installation.
If you purchased an Envato license after October 1, 2022, it will expire in five months, halting automatic updates via WordPress. You can either upgrade your license for future updates or download the latest version from your Envato account. Your license remains valid for life per Envato’s terms.
Upgrade your license directly from the plugin by navigating to Newsletter => Account and clicking “Change Plan.” Enter your license key if white-labeled, then input payment details. Optionally, add another license and enter a VAT ID if applicable. Review your order and click “Pay & Subscribe” to complete the process.
With Mailster, you can easily switch or upgrade your plan anytime. Simply access the “Account” page in the WordPress Dashboard or log into your Mailster account to manage your license options. Note: The change option is unavailable if sensitive info is hidden on your site.

Updating your Freemius billing information is easy! Log in to your account at https://mailster.co/account, go to My Profile, and enter your new details. Changes will reflect on future invoices. You can also download past invoices from the Orders History tab.
Freemius uses license keys for product access, ensuring support and automatic updates. After purchase, you’ll receive an email with your license key, and you can also find it on the Mailster Account page. Without a license, plugins can be used but won’t receive updates or support.
Since September 2015, Envato offers 6 months of included support for purchases. Support can be renewed on the item page, but expired support does not guarantee a response for tickets submitted post-June 2016. Users can reply to tickets for 14 days after expiration; new tickets require active licenses.
To continue using Mailster after purchasing it on Envato, migrate your license to Freemius via the WordPress Dashboard. Enter your Envato purchase code and email, then click “Migrate to Freemius now.” This ensures you receive updates and manage your license effectively. Don’t delay migration to avoid losing access to features!
