  • Email Automation in WordPress

Mailster automates email marketing, enhancing communication and customer engagement through customizable workflows. Key components include triggers and actions, allowing for personalized messaging, delays for timing, and conditions to tailor paths. Users can easily create workflows, manage email statistics, and add comments for clarity.

  • Email Automation: Email

At this stage, an email is sent to subscribers, allowing for campaign customization and tracking. Ensure a reasonable delay between emails and use conditions for targeted sending. Configure your cron settings accurately, and manage campaigns within the workflow for efficient email dispatch.

  • Email Automation: Triggers

Mailster’s email marketing automation allows you to create workflows initiated by triggers. With up to five available triggers—like subscriber additions, tag updates, and link clicks—you can customize your campaigns. Conditions ensure targeted delivery, and workflows can repeat based on your defined limits, enhancing engagement without spamming.

  • Email Automation: Actions

Mailster’s actions enhance your email automation workflow by allowing you to update custom fields, manage subscriber lists, add or remove tags, unsubscribe users, and send data to third-party URLs. Each action can trigger additional workflows for streamlined communication and management.

  • Email Automation: Delay

Incorporating a delay step in your workflow introduces a strategic pause, allowing for better timing of subsequent actions. Options include delaying by a specific duration or until a designated time, ensuring flexibility in workflow management. If the specified time is missed, the next available timeframe will be utilized.

  • Email Automation: Notification

Set up email notifications in your workflow by adding a Notification step. Enter the recipient’s email, define a subject, and compose a message using placeholder tags for personalization. Be cautious, as multiple notifications may flood your inbox, but each will include a link for easy access to adjustments.

  • Inspect the Queue of your Workflow Step

In Mailster, steps typically process in sequence, but certain actions like Delay or Email may require queuing subscribers. The current subscriber count is displayed, and clicking it opens the Queue Inspector. Users can choose to Finish, Forward, or Remove subscribers from the queue, managing workflow efficiently.

  • Email Automation: Jumper

Jumpers streamline your workflow by allowing you to skip steps or navigate to specific points in the customer journey. Easily set up a Jumper in the Inserter, select the desired step to jump to, and define any conditions for when the jump occurs.
