Mailster tries to create the screenshots of your template files on the fly on one of our servers. This should happen without any further action but doesn’t in a couple of situations.
Mailster Templates give you a great start to get your campaigns going. If the provided modules don’t fit your needs or you like to have a custom starting content you should save your own custom template file.
For tracking reasons you can only send HTML emails in Mailster. If you like to send plain text messages there is a simple trick you can do.
If you don’t like or not able to upload the templates via the Templates section you can upload the files via FTP. Extract the archive you’ve downloaded Copy the extracted folder to your webspace into “wp-content/uploads/mailster/templates” Keep in mind that the “wp-content” folder has maybe a different name on your WordPress site.
