Mailster generates template screenshots on our server, but issues may arise. Thumbnails may not appear due to uncreated images, server restrictions, disabled options, broken HTML, or outdated versions. Ensure your server can connect, check settings, and update Mailster. You can also delete thumbnails to regenerate them.
Mailster Templates kickstart your campaigns by allowing customization. Choose a template, start a new campaign, and add desired modules. Save your customizations as a new template or overwrite an existing one. You can also adjust headers, footers, and notifications, enhancing your campaign’s uniqueness and functionality.
To send plain text-like emails in Mailster, create a new campaign, switch to code view, delete the existing HTML, and enter your text. This keeps the advantages of HTML while allowing for easy editing. Your emails will appear plain text but function as HTML for better compatibility.
Upload templates via FTP if the Templates section isn’t suitable. Extract your downloaded archive and place the folder in “wp-content/uploads/mailster/templates” (note: “wp-content” may have a different name). Your template will be available under Newsletter > Templates, with images generated automatically.
